Who We Are

Resonant Marketing Solutions ("Resonant," "we," "us") is a marketing agency headquartered at 350 California Street, 4th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104. This policy covers the website at resonantmarketingsolutions.com. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or request a discoverability score, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, company, website, and message. When you book time with us through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, and meeting details.

Chatbot conversations. If you chat with Everett, our AI assistant, we collect the messages you send and the responses generated. If you share contact information in the chat (such as your email), we save it along with a summary of the conversation to our customer relationship system so we can follow up. Your conversation is stored in your browser only for the duration of your tab session; the "End chat" button clears it immediately.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the audits or scores you request.
• To schedule and hold meetings you book with us.
• To operate and improve the website and the chatbot.
• To measure how people find us and how our marketing performs.
• To send you relevant communications if you have asked for them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers We Use

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our business, each processing data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security and performance services.
• Dialed powers our embedded forms.
• Attio is our customer relationship system, where form submissions and chat summaries are stored.
• Anthropic processes chatbot messages to generate Everett's responses.
• Motion handles meeting scheduling.
• Brevo sends our email communications.
• Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), Meta, and LinkedIn provide analytics and advertising measurement, described below.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage, and the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our advertising and reach people who have visited our site. These tools set cookies or use similar identifiers, and the providers may use the data as described in their own policies.

You can control tracking in several ways:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Adjust your ad preferences at Meta ad preferences and LinkedIn ad settings.

A Note on the AI Chatbot

Everett is an AI assistant. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information) in the chat; it is designed for questions about our services and scheduling. Chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate need to retain it, and we delete it on request as described below.

Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing team@resonantmarketingsolutions.com. We honor these requests for all visitors. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We will verify and respond to requests as the law requires.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and we use established providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with appropriate safeguards.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
